“I had an appointment with Kenneth Zainal today to discuss insurance policies for my home and automobile. My reason for the visit was to compare my current premiums to other companies to make sure I was getting the best rate.
The office was easy to find. The environment was quiet and it smelled fresh and clean. Mr Zainal greeted me at the door and then proceeded to discuss with me my insurance needs. He spent a great deal of time prior to our appointment matching my policy to the other companies that he works with.
Mr Zainal was able to answer all of my questions, as well as educate me on other insurance options that I had not known about. The cost of insurance is important, but there are other factors to consider when buying a policy, and many ways to put things together to customize a policy to ensure that you are getting what you need and what you can afford. Never did I feel pressured in to buying insurance from him. In fact, he told me that I already had a very good rate with the company I was with.
At the end of our appointment, I was given a folder with documentation to review to help me make my decision. I found Mr Zainal very generous with his time, friendly and professional. Regardless of whether I purchase a policy from him or not, I am glad to know that we have small business owners like this in our area with a high level of customer service, who take great pride in their work. I highly recommend The Client’s Insurance Agency to anyone needing insurance.”
