Welcome to our commercial client self-service portal.

You have access to this portal for the purposes of generating instant certificates of insurance for your convenience.

Please make sure your throuroughly read the terms of usage below the portal.

Important Notice To Insureds:

In order to continue maintaining the exceptional level of service that we provide to all of our clients, we have standardized our customer submission process for certificates of insurance. We will no longer accept request be means of text, SMS messages, or picture mail. 

As always these request may be submitted to email to info@theclientsinsagency.com.

Request can be submitted through our Commercial Client Service Portal. You have access to this portal for the purposes of generating instant certificates of insurance at your convenience. For your vendor’s that are only requesting a certificate without any additional wording – certificates can be generated with by typing in their Business Name and address.

More complex certificate holders that ask to be listed as an additional insured, to add a waiver of subrogation, or other specific terms will have to be submitted to our office for completion.

Please see below for a list of information that you as the client will need to provide in order to receive the correct documentation the first time that you submit your request.

Our Agency will continue to issue initial certificate request to clients that provide us with accurate information – Free of Charge.

For customers whom submit inaccurate information on their certificate request that require multiple revisions to the same certificate – we will be implementing the following fee structure:

Standard Certificates of Insurance Revisions – $15

Revisions for any certificate requesting to add: – $25

  • Additional Insured
  • Waiver of Subrogation
  • Any other specific wording that must be added to the policy.

Our additional service fee is to ensure that our clients value our time as much as we do theirs by submitting complete and accurate information – which allows us to maintain quick turnaround time when services all of our clients.

For customers requiring additional services – will receive an electronic invoice that must be paid before any additional certificates will be issued.

Certificates of Insurance Request

  • Requesting Vendor / Business Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Contact Fax or Email to send completed certificate.

Additional Insured Request

Please include the info below:

  • Policies requested to be listed on (Gen. Liability, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, Etc.)
  • Requesting Vendor / Business Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Contact Fax or Email to send completed certificate.
  • Exact verbiage being requested by company in the description of operations box on certificate. *** Verify with your vendor exactly what they are wanting.
  • If vendor supplies you with a packet that includes your insurance requirements, please forward by as well.

Waiver of Subrogation Request

Please include the info below:

  • Policies requested to be listed on (Gen. Liability, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, Etc.)
  • Requesting Vendor / Business Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Contact Fax or Email to send completed certificate.
  • Exact verbiage being requested by company in the description of operations box on certificate. *** Verify with your vendor exactly what they are wanting.

If vendor supplies you with a packet that includes your insurance requirements, please forward by as well.
